Licensing terms, conditions and prices
| The photos on this website are published for private use. It is done in good faith, please don't abuse it. The photos can be licensed directly for any use, commercial or non-commercial, on payment of a license fee and with the exception that the photos are not connected in any way to any negative view on the people of Myanmar, their government or their country. The Myanmar (Burma) - Photo Gallery grants the right to publish the photos on a non-exclusive basis, which means that the full rights remain with the Myanmar (Burma) - Photo Gallery. You will have the right to use the photos for a world wide one-time publication in a brochure, magazine or book. The right to use the photos for publication on a website is limited to one photo on one web page per license. The name of the copyright owner "© H.S. de Jong" must be written near the photo or referring to it. The homepage title "Myanmar (Burma) - Photo Gallery" and URL http://www.hsdejong.nl/myanmar/ must be included somewhere in the brochure, magazine, book or on the website. The right to use the photos remains with the purchaser of the license and can not be transferred, sub-licensed or re-sold to another party. The Myanmar (Burma) - Photo Gallery will not be liable to the purchaser of the license or any other party for any damages, loss or other costs that are incurred directly or indirectly from photos supplied, or failure to supply any photo. | Prices are competitive when compared to what other professional photographers charge. You are allowed to downsize the photos to fit your needs, but you are not permitted to change the aspect ratio, to crop the photos or to alter the content like changing the colour, contrast or brightness. The photos are only available in electronic form and will be delivered in 24 bit colour depth and sRGB, Adobe RGB or ProPhoto RGB colour space and in almost any graphics file format and resolution (pixels per inch) by e-mail, FTP (upload), temporary storage at SendThisFile or on CD-Rom. For CD ROM delivery add 20 Euro or US$ 30 for media and postage fee. Payment in advance is required and can be done by international cash transfer to a Dutch bank account or online with the PayPal Payments button below. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment: you can use any major credit or debit card.
